Drug formulation: rectal suppositories.

Composition:
Glycerin - 0,75 g. (or 1.5 g.)
Auxiliary components: basic magnesium carbonate, tween-80, tallow or massupol-15 enough quantity to get suppositories of 1,4 g. (or 2,8 g.).

Type of action and indications for use:
Constipation of different origin, especially at distress of defecation and rectal coprostasis of elderly people; evacuator children constipation (since the age of three months).

Contra indications and side effects:
Hypersensibility to the components of the preparation, hemorrhoids in exacerbation stage, inflammatory diseases and rectal tumor.
Progress of disruption of defecation physiological process at prolong application is possible.

Posology and method of administration:
Per rectum by one suppository a day, preferably in 15-20 minutes after breakfast.
Do not use preparation more than 7 days with special doctor's orders.

Special remarks and act habit of ingredients:
Produces irritant effect on the mucous membrane, stimulates intestinal motility reflectory. Softens dejection and relieve their rectal passing.
