Used with cold and inflammatory diseases which affect the respiratory system; cough.
Together with the brandy mint oil and eucalyptus oil, the anis oil makes a composition which clears the respiratory system
Contra-indications and side reactions:
The allergic reactions are possible.
Method of application and doses:
Hot inhalations:
Use 2-3 drops of anis essential oil or the composition of eucalyptus and lavender oils taken in equal proportions (1:1:1), add into the bowl with hot water, cover oneself with a towel and breath in deeply the steam during 5-7 minutes.
Cold Breathe in the aroma of the essential oil:
Breathe in the aroma of essential oil directly from the bottle, or put some drops onto the clothes or aroma-stone (a stone of a finely porous clay). The breathing should be even and deep.
The inhalation time is 5-10 minutes.
Room aromatization:
Add 4-5 drops of anis oil or of the oil composition into the aroma-lamp filled with water, and lit a candle.
Bathes:
Add 3-9 drops of the essential oil or the oil composition into the water (36-380 C), beforehand having mixed them with 1 table spoon of emulsifiying agent (milk, honey, sea- or table salt).
Treatment duration: 10-20 minutes.
Massage: 6 drops for 10 g. of transport oil.
Enrichment of a makeup preparation:
5 drops for 15 g. of a makeup preparation.
Special indications and features of the ingredients' effect:
It is recommended to use the anis oil with cold, bronchitis, influenza, circulatory disturbance.
Additional information:
The anis oil consists of anethole (80-90%); the significant part is methyl chavicol and estragole (10%); there are also other aromatics.
