International Hahnemannian Study Group year 2011 with Andre Saine live on the web

THE INTERNATIONAL HAHNEMANNNIAN STUDY GROUP
AN INNOVATION IN LEARNING WITHOUT THE TIME AND
EXPENSE OF LEAVING YOUR HOME !

New detailed information for this upcoming webinar
on genuine homoeopathy

The Canadian Academy of Homeopathy invites you to join Dr. André Saine in an on-going and in-depth examination of Hahnemannian homoeopathy in nine two-hour monthly Webinar sessions beginning January 18, 2011.

"The true value of a method of treatment shows itself only in the treatment of severely ill patients. Minor health disturbances can be influenced positively by many approaches," - according to Dr. André Saine, who - in contrast to the trend of the later years - turned towards pure homoeopathy. With tremendous energy he has studied the original writings of the most important homoeopathic practitioners - like Lippe, Dunham, Hering, Guernsey, Wells, Farrington, Nash and Yingling - for close to thirty years. Through this he has acquired an impressive knowledge of the homoeopathic literature and history as well as a profound understanding of the practical methods and experiences of our old masters. Dr. André Saine never embraced "modern homeopathy" but instead he studied the fundamental principles of genuine homoeopathy through the practical approach and experience of its old masters and most successful practitioners in the history of medicine. Apart from his office in Montréal, Canada, where he treats patients suffering from very serious illnesses, his work concentrates on ensuring the protection and dissemination of knowledge of pure homoeopathy. Thus, his efforts are contrary to the present-day trend of reviving speculative methods of treatment, which greatly resemble those prior to Hahnemann's days. On top of that, Dr. Saine is working on the publication of Adolph Lippe's work, with its many documented cases making it the best practical illustration of Hahnemann's homoeopathy. His tremendous commitment is evident in the vivid manner of his lectures as well.

The informal and interactive webinar sessions are like having Dr. Saine gather with a group of professional homoeopaths in your own living room. Sessions
include an examination of case taking, case analysis, case management, materia medica and dissimilar diseases, using paper cases and cases submitted by students of the Webinar. There is also teaching on specific points such as posology (potency and repetition of dose), discussion of particular clinical problems or situations submitted by the students or taken from the literature. Dr. Saine uses many references and cases from past master practitioners as the basis for discussion.

You can obtain an impression of the great learning opportunity offered by the International Hahnemannian Study Group by viewing the following clips of past webinars: http://homeopathy.ca/webinars/livecourses_det04webinars.shtml

The study group is targeted to advanced homoeopaths seeking to master pure homoeopathy while studying with their colleagues. The technology is simple to use. A few minutes before the Webinar begins, you click on an invitation sent to you by email by Dr. Saine earlier in the day. Then you have Dr. Saine's computer screen on your computer. You will hear him teaching. If you have questions you indicate this by clicking on your screen and he will call on you. In this way, the study group is interactive as all in attendance can listen to the discussion and participate. There is homework (cases to solve and classic papers from the Hahnemannian literature to read and review) before each session, which will be reviewed in the Webinar. All participants will need to have access to a standard computer with microphone to use during study group webcasts. A USB headset (approx. $30 U.S.) is recommended if you want to talk with minimal noise interference during the Webinar.

Participation will be limited. Dr. Saine will lead all sessions and webcasts live. Sessions will also be archived and stored, and available to participants only and at any time of their choosing.

German webinar-participants can submit the webinar to the "Stiftung Homöopathie-Zertifikat"  as homoeopathic training. For that they have to send in their solution to the cases and their log-in-time is controlled. They can get a participation certificate afterwards by the "SHZ".
