Auxiliary components: lactose, maize starch, potato starch, stearin acid, glucose monohydrate, fine-grained silicon dioxide, calcium carbonate, glucose suryp, indigotine, modofied maize starch, montan glycole wax, poly (1-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone) К 25, poly (1-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone) К 30, castor oil, saccharose, shellak, talcium, titanium dioxide.

Description: round, double radius pills of light-blue color.

Pharmacotherapeutic group: antiseptic remedy of the vegetative origin.

Pharmacological properties:
Pharmacological properties respond to biologically active substances, which are the part of the preparation. Tonsilgon N produces anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effect. Active components, which are the part of the preparation - camomile, althaea and horsetail, are conductive to the increase of activity of non-specific factors of body protection. Polysaccharides, essential oils and flavonoids of camomile, althaea and milfoil, tanins of oak cortex produce anti-inflammatory effect and are conductive to decrease of edema of the mucous membrane of the upper respiratory tract.

Indications for use:
Acute and chronic diseases of the upper respiratory tract (tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis), preventive measures of the complications at the respiratory virus infections and as the additional remedy to the therapy with the antibiotics at the bacterial infections.

Contra indications: hyper sensibility to the components of the preparation, in particular to the plants of thistle family, child age up to 6 years.

Posology and method of administration: pills for oral administration. Pills are swallowed without chewing, drinking with small amount of water.
Acute period of the development of the disease: 
Adults apply 2 pills 5-6 times a day.
School children apply 1 pill 5-6 times a day.
It is necessary to continue the treatment with Tonsilgon N during 1 week after the disappearing of the acuteness of the disease.
After the disappearing of the acute symptoms:
Adults apply 2 pills 3 times a day.
School children apply 1 pill 3 times a day.

Application during pregnancy and breast-feeding period:
The application of Tonsilgon N is possible in the period of pregnancy or breast-feeding only after the consultation with the physician.

Side effects: allergic response is possible.

Overdosage: there are no any restrictions in the application of this medicine up to the present time at the application according to recommended regime.

Interaction with other medication:
The combination with antibacterial medicine is possible. The interaction with other medicine is not found up to the present time.

Special remarks:
1 pill contains less than 0.03 "bread units" (BU).

Form of issue: pills. 25 pills are put in blister of aluminum foil (lower part) and polyvinylchloride/ polyvinyldenchloride membrane (upper part). 2 and 4 blisters are put in folded cardboard pack together with the instruction.

Storage conditions: keep in dry and shadowed place, at temperature up to 25оС; keep away from children.

Expire date: 3 years. Do not use preparation if the expiry date (month and year) printed on the pack has passed.
