The methods of issuance of the scientific works for publication
Suggested works for publication must not be simultaneously presented in other periodicals or be earlier published in other magazines, collections or books. The articles are published on the basis of reviewing.
The order of reviewing. The authors present references from the persons, who have the scientific degree of the doctor of medicinal, pharmaceutical, biological sciences from the organizations, where the work was accomplished (outward reviewing). The doctor of sciences, who is reviewing this article, could not be its author (coauthor), although he can be the academic adviser of the author(s). Manuscripts are considered by editorial board, which reserves the right of cutting and editing of sent articles.
Brief requirements to the introduced manuscripts. The manuscript is accepted in electronic format, on the disc or in any other data storage items. Recommended amount of work is: for the original article - up to 10 pages; for the notes from the practical aspects - 5-6 pages; for the reviews and lectures - up to 20 pages. It is considered on the basis of 1 page - 1800 symbols, including spaces.
Issuance. Title page must include: the name of the article; the initials of the each author with indication of his supreme degree (rank), place of work, phone for connection and membership in any societies; the title of the department (branch) and institution, where the work was accomplished, the initials of the author, who is responsible for the correspondence work connected with the article, the financing sources in the form of grants, equipment, medicine or all together the above mentioned. There have to be the goals of research, the basic procedures (selection of the objects of study or laboratory animals; observational methods or analytic methods), the basic results (explicit data and their statistical significance as far as possible) and basic conclusions. There should be heading "Key words" under summary and after it - 3 to 10 key words or short phrases, which will be contributed to the right criss-cross indexing of the article and will be able to be published together with summary. The text of work about the results of the investigation is usually divided into following sections: "Introduction", "Materials and methods", "Results" and "Discussion and conclusions". List of references must correspond to the Russian Federal Standard Р 7.0.5-2008. Each table must be on the single page, tables are enumerated in succession, in order of their first mentioning in the text, and each table must be named. The subscriptions to the pictures (drawings) are printed on the single page with the enumeration of Arabic figures, which correspond to the numbers of the pictures.
